Sue is a one of the conveyancing team at the Kenilworth office having first joined in 1972.  Sue qualified in 1996 as a Chartered Legal Executive.  As a Legal Executive she has studied to the same level as a solicitor.

Sue was born in Kenilworth and has lived there all of her life and has seen the town grow.  As such, Sue has knowledge and practical experience of the area and many of the properties.

Sue deals with all transactions involving residential conveyancing including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, mortgages, re-mortgages and equity release support.  Sue enjoys helping clients through the conveyancing process whether it is buying their first home, downsizing or buying or selling a second home.  Each transaction is important to Sue as she wishes to assist clients to achieve their objectives and ensure that all legal requirements are met, which requires constant attention.  Sue sees her clients as individual people with their own needs.
