In her role at Penmans Naomi has a wide range of responsibilities including managing the firm’s financial and administrative operations, IT, Human Resources, Marketing, Facilities, and Compliance.

Naomi is part of the senior management team and plays a key role in shaping the firm’s strategy, overseeing central departments, ensuring efficient operations and offering support to the team.
