Laura deals with a wide range of matters, including the preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney, Deputyship applications and the administration of estates. As part of the estate planning process, Laura can advise on potential Inheritance Tax liability and asset protection.
Laura has experience of advising a wide variety of clients including vulnerable / elderly clients and those with complex family relationships. Laura looks to ensure that her clients are at ease and assisted during what can often be challenging times.
Away from work, she enjoys spending time with her family, walking and cooking.
