Claire has over twenty years experience working in the Private Client field. Claire joined Penmans in 2014 and became a Member in 2020.
Claire works with clients to help them plan for their futures by putting in place a suitable Will and Lasting Powers of Attorney. She also guides people through the Probate and Court of Protection process where someone has died or lost mental capacity. Claire is a reassuring presence at a difficult time and clients find her easy to talk to about sensitive matters. Claire always strives to give clear and practical advice.
Claire is a member of Solicitors for the Elderly and STEP, organisations that acknowledge specialists in Private Client work.
Claire acts as a professional Attorney, Executor and Trustee for several clients.
Outside of work Claire enjoys running (she is a member of a local running club), watching Coventry City FC, looking after her goldfish pond and planning her next holiday.
