Charles began his career in conveyancing in 2011 when he joined a firm in North Warwickshire as a Conveyancing Assistant.  Here he learnt the conveyancing process from the start. Charles initially supported an experienced conveyancer in an administrative role but the firm encouraged him to take on work independently and this enabled him to build up a caseload of his own become a caseworker.

At Penmans Solicitors Charles is a fee earner in his own right and now specialises in residential conveyancing. Charles’ work consists largely of residential sale and purchase, both freehold and leasehold, transfer of equity and remortgage transactions. Clients find Charles approachable and he takes pride in client satisfaction.

Away from the office Charles enjoys travelling and is a keen skier. He enjoys most sports and used to play rugby before the aches and pains became too much. Charles’ ambition is to visit Japan and Canada in the near future.
