Liz is currently celebrating her 30th anniversary with Penmans, having joined the firm in 1994, qualified as a Solicitor in 1996 and become a Member in 2000.
Liz has worked within the Private Client field throughout the majority of her career, specialising in Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts, Probate and Elderly Client matters such as Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection. She is often appointed in her professional capacity as an Attorney, Deputy, Executor or Trustee.
Liz’s friendly, less formal approach puts her clients at ease and ensures they are provided with useful and pragmatic advice during what can often be difficult times and/or in relation to complex and sensitive matters.
She also undertakes some conveyancing transactions, predominantly as part of her Probate work.
In her spare time, Liz enjoys walking, cycling and swimming. She claims not to be a good cook but hopes to be one day!
Reliable, willing to assist even at short notice. Easy to make contact. A big thank you for making the process easy and straightforward.
