Kay became a Conveyancing Executive in 2002 and joined Penmans in 2020.
Kay deals with a range of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and lease sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equity and any form of property transfer. Kay also deals with shared ownership, unregistered and new build properties.
Kay appreciates that moving house can be stressful as well as exciting and she always works hard to ensure that things go smoothly and that clients are updated frequently as the matter progresses. Kay advises clients of a realistic timeframe so that they are able to plan their move.
Outside of conveyancing Kay enjoys going to the gym and travelling.
